Movimiento con Sazon - Latinos for Health

Movimiento con Sazón is a fun, family-friendly community event celebrating health, culture, and connection. This is a non-timed run/walk experience, meaning there’s no pressure, just come as you are and move at your own pace!

Participants can choose to walk, jog, or dance along the route while enjoying music, community energy, and beautiful surroundings. The event also features a lively atmosphere with warm-up and cool-down dance sessions, El Mercadito vendors, and local health and wellness resources available throughout the morning.

All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Whether you’re coming with friends, family, strollers, or just yourself, this event is about showing up, moving your body, and celebrating our comunidad together.
